​Founded in 2009, Pet Treats Factory specialize in pet treat R&D and contract manufacturing. Pet Treats Factory's 450,000 square foot facility located in Qingdao, Shandong, China, and consist of 3 modern plants and 7 high standard workshops with a capacity of 800 tons/Month of dried pet food and pet treats. Our professional lab is equipped with state of the art technology. We have our own chicken and rabbit farm and CIQ audited slaughter factory, which guarantee the raw material we use are safe and healthy. Pet Treats Factory is approved by BSCI, IFS, ASC, ISO9001, BRC and registered with the FDA and EU.

​Pet Treats Factory Warranty

Pet Treats Factory warranty reflects our strong commitment to quality and formalizes our promise of customer satisfaction, now and future. Pet Treats Factory hereby warrants to our customer, that all our pet treats, pet snacks, pet food fully meet customer's requirements and quality standard. This warranty is expressly limited to replacement of the defective product or credit. This warranty does not extend to quality issue caused by improper handling, storage, intentional damage, misuse, abuse or negligence, exposure to the elements including humidity, sunlight that may result in spoiling or deteriorating.

All claims for quality issue must be submitted to Pet Treats Factory by Email and specify the quality issue present in the pet treats, pet snacks and relevant purchase order number. After the claim is acknowledged, replacement pet treats will be processed and shipped on the next available container or a credit will be applied to the next invoice.

​Questions & Answers

Q: What's your lead time?
A: Sample lead time is 7 days. Main order production lead time is 30-45 days which may vary based on the order volume.

Q: What's your payment term?
A: T/T 30% deposit when you place order, and 70% payment within 10 days after containers  

Q: What's your MOQ?
A: The minimum order quantity we do is 200 killogram per formulation.
